Learn the skills you need to have a well mannered dog! Basic manners is a beginner friendly class open to anyone who is looking to get started. Our unique open enrollment format allows you to start class at any time! Our curriculum is taught in a unit style format that runs continuously so you don't need to worry about missing a week and having to play catch up the next! Each week we focus on a new topic and teach skills and learn abou that topic. Enrollment gives you access to 6, 1 hour group classes to be used within a 3 month timeframe. Unit 1: Engagement! Get a dog who listens when you need them too. Unit 2: Canine enrichment, what is it and how to incorperate it into your dogs life for easy living! Unit 3: The walk! Learn skills that make taking walks together enjoyable and fun! Unit 4: Grooming and handling! Learn ways to build trust for low stress handling at the groomer, vet and at home! Unit 5: Greetings! Learn the skills you need to help you dog master polite greetings. Unit 6: Reliable Recalls! Learn how to build a reliable recall that holds up, even when there's distractions.
